Business psychologist, systemic coach, energy worker and consciousness mentor. A few months ago I left the life that looked right on paper in Germany and followed a quiet inner yes to Portugal. Today I live in the hills of Monchique and hold space for people who feel that same quiet call.
My work combines psychology, coaching and somatic energy work. Nothing abstract or overwhelming, simply a grounded way back to your own body, your intuition and your own power.
With my soul business Lotus Power, I have been doing this work for two years now and have already guided more than 100 clients back to their essence and primal power.
